Cisco Webex – UX Product Design Manager

Lead design efforts for AI/ML initiatives within the Collaboration AI team, focusing on projects like Collaboration Insights, People Insights Profiles, and Message and Space Recommendations and Webex Assistant in the Webex App. Additionally, I collaborate with the Contact Center design team in areas involving AI such as topic analysis and summarization. 

Cisco Webex – Senior UX Product Designer

Senior designer for the Collaboration AI team at Webex. Led the design integration of Accompany products into the Webex app following the acquisition, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s design systems and standards. Additionally, contributed to the development of innovative AI features within the Webex app.
